Refund & Returns Policy
At Dream Baby Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how returns work:
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, tights, or headbands unless faulty.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original postage/shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (please keep proof of return receipt)
Exchanges
- If you’d like a different size or colour, simply return your item and place a new order.
